An excellent article from World Net Daily was passed along to me last night. It is an all-inclusive compilation of the multiple reasons why such skepticism has been incited in regards to the United States' President-Elect Barack Obama. The article can be found here. The article, written by Faith2Action President Janet Porter, highlights the 5 major concerns in regards to the eligibility of Barack Obama to be elected President of the United States. Here they are:

And it turns out that Hawaiian law at the time allowed people to register for this non-hospital short form certificate (without a doctor's signature) up to one year from the date of the child's birth."

If he did not, said Berg, there is a likelihood that he is now an illegal alien - not even eligible to serve in the U.S. Senate. In fact, Berg suggested there has been no evidence that Barack Obama legally changed his name from Barry Soetoro."
In addition to the above, I was surprised earlier when I came across an article on FighttheSmears.com, a site launched by the Obama campaign, featuring a graphic which it labels, "Barack Obama's Official Birth Certificate" which I discovered, to my surprise, was not in fact a birth certificate at all! The title of the document itself reads: "CERTIFICATION OF LIVE BIRTH" - hardly the same thing. You can view this article here. Unavoidable scenario: If SCOTUS disqualifies Obama BEFORE 1/20/09 inauguration, McCain is POTUS per remaining electoral college electors; if SCOTUS disqualifies Obama after 1/20/09 inauguration, Hillary likely becomes POTUS per vote of Dem controlled House of Rep. Either way, is clear Obama will NOT be or remain POTUS.
I hate to be the skeptic in the group, guys, but I suspect that Obama will find a way to get around this. He's fought too long and hard for this to give in now. I don't know if he's a natural-born citizen or not, but if he is then he'll have no problems - and if he isn't, then he'll make sure that a few court-cases don't get in his way after he's come this far.
All I'm saying is that if he is disqualifed and removed from the Electoral ballot, I for one will be utterly shocked. Not saying it can't happen, just that I don't expect it to.

You have YOUR so-called interpretations of what she is saying, Show me someone from Kenya, who speaks BOTH languages fluently translating what she is actually saying..stop adding facts! Also stop cutting up the Amendment, it doesn't just say "NATURAL BORN", it says NATURAL BORN CITIZEN OR CITIZEN, meaning EITHER/OR..., at least 35 yrs old, and living in the US for at least 14 years, go read it! Barack Obama is all of the above. Even if he was born in KENYA, his mother was a US citizen, Do you know how many women havetraveled outside the US while pregnant? So none of their child are citizens, because she was out of the US at the time?? The Constitution was even AMENDED to include even if out of the US for months, your CITIZENSHIP is still ONGOING! Idiots. Even if she was 14, he would still be a US citizen!! Good grief, folks! (BTW, I'm an Independent) McCain lost, it's over, move on!! Barack hasn't responded, because he doesn't need to.
